Developing a sales plan and establishing targets for your region Supporting the sales team with account management Coordinating a clinical team to align team with sales strategy Working with other internal teams on training initiatives The main thing our client is after is someone who has a strong track record in medical sales, ideally with at least five years’ experience and in orthopaedics. Has experience leading and coaching a team Understands medical customers and their needs Is great at relationship building Is happy to travel across the North West region (a driving license is a must!)
