Building and managing relationships with the local community, marketing your store so it stands out as a pillar in the community.

Experience managing a store in a fast paced food retail environment is essential for this role You should be great at coaching, able to give feedback to ensure common ways of working. A passion for spotting and driving talent and creating a successful team culture. The ability to resolve challenges and build trust between the store team.
