Role: Account Manager Location: Northampton – Hybrid Contract: Permanent We are looking for a proactive Account Manager to manage existing client relationships and drive new business. While this is an office based position, you will also attend events and perform outreach to find and close new opportunities.

Relationship Management: Be the go-to person for your portfolio of clients. Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell services and cross-sell new products. New Business: Find fresh leads through networking, events, and cold outreach. Data Accuracy: Keep the CRM updated with precise contract and customer info. Experience: 2+ years in B2B Account Management. Performance: A proven track record of hitting sales and retention targets. Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel ) and CRM systems. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio while playing a key role in the company’s growth through both retention and new sales….
