Mental Health Dietitian: Inpatient & Community Impact

South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a Specialist Dietitian to provide nutritional support to patients in mental health settings. You will conduct assessments, provide individualized care plans, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal nutrition for service users.
