We are looking for a motivated, professional, and highly organised Sales Specialist to join our successful prestige vehicle sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a premium portfolio of luxury vehicles including:

You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer journey while maximising vehicle sales, finance opportunities, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Sell prestige vehicles and associated products in line with company procedures and FCA regulations
  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and showroom visits
  • Conduct professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
  • Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a premium buying experience
  • Guide customers through vehicle specifications, features, and finance options
  • Negotiate and close vehicle sales effectively and professionally
  • Complete all sales administration accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate vehicle preparation and handover to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge across all prestige brands and models
  • Achieve strong CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) performance scores

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and customer service
  • Previous automotive sales experience is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Professional appearance and confident approach
  • Passion for prestige and luxury vehicles
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset
  • Well‑organised with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of vehicle finance products is advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must be aged 23 or over due to insurance requirements
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
