* Proven experience in customer service within a salon or barbering environment* Skilled in hair styling, cutting, colouring, and barbering techniques* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members* Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain a tidy workspace* Fluency in English, with the ability to clearly explain treatments and styles to clients* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail* A friendly, approachable demeanour with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
