Hybrid Call Centre Consultant – Inbound & Outbound

Wescot Credit Services in Hull is seeking a Customer Consultant at HU1 3HA, starting 7 September 2026. You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering support and empathy to help achieve financial wellbeing.

The role includes inbound/outbound calls, training, and a shift pattern across weekdays and Saturdays. You’ll begin with a 4-week training programme in our Hull office, then transition to a hybrid model blending office and home work.
