Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is currently recruiting a 1:1 Special Needs Assistant to work in a specialist Alternative Provision supporting secondary-aged pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support. The role involves 1:1 and small-group classroom support and helping pupils re-engage with learning in a calm, structured environment.
Pupils may present with Autism, SEMH needs, ADHD and challenging behaviour, so a calm and resilient approach is essential.
