Powered by the proprietary M20 Seq® random-primer technology, our VITA single-cell transcriptome platform and M20 Spatial technology deliver full-length, unbiased transcriptome profiling across diverse sample types and species — from fresh and frozen tissues to FFPE samples, and from eukaryotic cells to individual bacteria. Our innovations have been adopted by leading research institutions worldwide. Locations: UK (Remote / Field-based) As a Senior Regional Sales Manager for M20 Genomics in Europe, you will be a founding member of our European commercial team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and building M20 Genomics’ brand presence across your assigned territory. This is a unique opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of a high-growth genomics company at a pivotal moment of international expansion.

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within academic institutions, research hospitals, core genomics facilities, and biopharma R&D organizations.# Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with principal investigators, lab directors, core facility managers, and procurement decision-makers. Leverage deep knowledge of single-cell and spatial transcriptomics to provide scientific consultation. Conduct product demonstrations, deliver technical presentations, and support customers through evaluation and adoption processes.# Market Intelligence: Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent). Deliver reliable revenue forecasts and report on key performance metrics.# Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and application science teams to plan and execute regional campaigns, scientific seminars, webinars, and conference activities (e.g., Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with application scientists, field service engineers, and global sales leadership to ensure seamless customer experience from initial engagement through post-sale support and consumables utilization.

Bachelor’s degree or above in molecular biology, genomics, biochemistry, cell biology, or a related life science discipline. MSc or PhD strongly preferred.# Minimum 4 years of direct sales experience in the life science tools industry, with a track record of selling capital equipment and consumables to academic and/or biopharma customers.# Demonstrated expertise in single-cell analysis, spatial biology, next-generation sequencing (NGS), or closely related technologies.# Established network and relationships within European genomics research communities, particularly in the UK, Germany, France, or Spain.# Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.# MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling) in a technical sales environment.# Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management best practices.# Fluent in English (business proficiency required). Native or near-native proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is required for the corresponding territory.# Willingness to travel 50–60% within assigned territory, with occasional international travel to company headquarters and global meetings.
