Role Description
This is a remote volunteer role as an Executive Board Member at Reeves Disability Consultancy CIC. The role involves shaping the strategic direction of the organization, providing governance and oversight, and serving as an ambassador for the mission of promoting inclusion and accessibility. Additional responsibilities include contributing to key decision-making processes, supporting fundraising efforts, and leveraging personal networks to further the organization’s goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in governance, strategy development, and organizational leadership
- Knowledge of disability rights, inclusion strategies, and the Social Model of Disability
- Skills in advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and networking
- Experience with fundraising and development strategies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making abilities
- Passion for promoting equality, inclusion, and social justice
- Prior experience in non-profit organizations or disability consultancy is a plus
