MacGregor Black are partnering with a Food and Beverage Manufacturing Business , looking for a Senior National Account Manager . This is a 9-12 month FTC. Hybrid.
Take full ownership of P&L for a portfolio of key retail and branded foodservice customers, ensuring delivery of annual targets and alignment with longer-term strategy. Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with major customers, covering product, price, promotion, and placement. Lead commercial negotiations and trading terms with senior stakeholders, driving profitable growth across coffee and equipment. Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities by leveraging market insights, category trends, and data analysis. Drive process improvements, optimise account management practices, and influence ways of working both internally and externally. Proven track record in national account management within FMCG, ideally managing Top 4 Grocery retailers. Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering growth and managing complex P&Ls. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels. Highly analytical with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable strategies.
