SALES & PARTNERSHIPS EXECUTIVE Free parking Casual dress Starting Salary: £25,000 during initial probation period Performance-Based Commission Structure (2%–7%) The Streetwise Intelligence Group is a fast-growing Digital Media & Consumer Intelligence Group launching multiple exciting online platforms including: The ModelWise Network Streetwise Tips FashMod Podcast We are currently looking for a highly driven, commercially minded Sales & Partnerships Executive to help secure sponsorships, advertising partnerships and brand collaborations across our growing media platforms. This is a high-performance role with strong earning potential for ambitious individuals who are hungry to build relationships, generate revenue and help scale an exciting early-stage media company. Streetwise Tips is a large-scale community-driven platform built around real-world knowledge, advice, recommendations and life experiences across topics such as money, travel, careers, relationships and consumer experiences. The ModelWise Network is focused on helping aspiring models better understand the modelling industry, avoid financial exploitation and gain greater access to genuine information and opportunities. Alongside subscriptions and media growth, part of our wider mission is helping increase awareness around misleading practices experienced by many newcomers entering the modelling industry. FashMod Podcast is our upcoming podcast and media platform featuring interviews, discussions and guest conversations across fashion, business, modelling, life stories and wider social topics. The business also launches with access to a large existing database of over 300,000 people, giving sponsors and partners the opportunity to position themselves early alongside several fast-growing media brands. THIS IS NOT A STANDARD SALES ROLE Contacting businesses, sponsors and brands regarding partnership opportunities Helping secure early-stage brand partnerships and strategic collaborations Conducting outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach daily Managing sponsor pipelines and CRM systems Negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals Working closely with management to help grow company revenue Helping build long-term sponsor and partner relationships Podcast sponsorship placements Newsletter and database exposure opportunities Brand visibility across digital media platforms Mission-led campaigns linked to The ModelWise Network 25,000 starting salary during probation~ Commission structure ranging from 2%–7% based on revenue performance

450,000 annual commercial target 40–80 targeted outreach emails daily~The successful candidate will report directly to the Growth & Operations Manager and will be closely involved in helping shape the commercial growth of the company.
