An exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Solicitor in Leeds to join a managed legal services team delivering high-quality asset management services to corporate clients. You’ll play a key role advising on complex portfolios while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Our client forms part of a global law firm and is known as a fast growing managed legal services team. The team has a presence across core locations in the UK and offers great career prospects. They now have an opportunity for a senior lawyer to work on asset management work for corporate clients.

Description

• Act as a senior legal advisor to key client stakeholders
• Deal with a wide range of asset management matters
• Draft and oversee leases, licences, variations, and related agreements
• Work on property portfolio management work
• Work with legal / IT colleagues to deliver a seamless service
• Manage complex caseloads efficiently and commercially
• Provide clear, pragmatic advice aligned to client strategy

Profile

• A solicitor or equivalent with 5-10 years PQE in English law
• A track record dealing with asset management for large corporate clients
• Ideally experienced in acquisitions or plot sales (desirable)
• A strong negotiator with excellent communication skills
• Commercially minded with a solution-focused approach
• Confident using legal technology and digital tools

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £68,000 to £80,000 per annum.
