Description
The In house Property Solicitor will be:
- Managing a varied caseload of real estate matters including lease renewals, licences to alter, assignments, and estate management work
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of legal documents and agreements
- Conducting due diligence exercises and preparing detailed reports in line with internal procedures
- Advising stakeholders on landlord and tenant matters and wider property issues
- Assisting with the development and improvement of legal processes and template documentation
- Attending meetings with internal stakeholders and external third parties
- Providing guidance, support, and feedback to colleagues within the wider legal team
- Keeping up to date with legal developments, industry changes, and best practice
Profile
The In house Property Solicitor should be / have:
- A solicitor with around 1 to 4 years PQE within commercial property law
- Experienced in handling lease renewals, landlord and tenant matters, and transactional property work
- Comfortable drafting and negotiating a range of legal agreements
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Be capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Keen to develop within an in house legal environment
Job Offer
