Workshop Supervisor
Location: Harlow, United Kingdom.
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum + overtime, early Friday finish.
Overview
We are a mechanical engineering company specialising in the repair and maintenance of 3‑phase motors, fan units, water pumps, and other systems for a variety of clients, including blue‑chip companies, the military, local businesses, farms, and leisure centres.
We are seeking a mechanical/electrical engineer with a background in team leadership to oversee a small workshop team in a long‑established, static environment while enjoying overtime opportunities and an early Friday finish.
Role
- Lead a small workshop team.
- Perform workshop‑based repair work.
- Handle administrative tasks and sign off on workshop repairs.
The Person
- Mechanical or electrical engineering background.
- Experience leading a small team or a desire to step into a team‑leader role.
- Commutable to Harlow and holds a full UK driving licence.
