This is a hands-on ecommerce role with real commercial impact. You’ll report into our Head of Growth and run the channel alongside her – site operations, trading calendar, retention, and the onsite improvements that move revenue. If you’re someone who spots a problem in the data and has a fix live before the week is out, you’ll fit here.
Trading calendar execution – launches, promotions, key moments, delivered with pace→ Weekly performance tracking – pulling the numbers, reading them, acting on them→ Onsite performance – merchandising, UX and content updates that move conversion and AOV→ 2-4 years in ecommerce or DTC, ideally in a consumer brand Comfortable with data – you can find the insight and know what to do with it CRM or lifecycle marketing, CRO testing, FMCG background
