Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer (Philanthropy and Global Engagement)

Salary from £53,949 to £62,160 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £69,073 pa inclusive of London allowance. This position will attract a £6,000 market supplement which will be periodically reviewed.

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join the ARD Systems team and be a technical lead for the delivery of Salesforce solutions for our Philanthropy and Global Engagement (PAGE) Division. You will build on the recent delivery of a new Salesforce solution for PAGE, working with the School’s in‑house Salesforce team as well as an external delivery partner, Deloitte.

PAGE serves, engages and works in partnership with alumni and friends, staff and students, volunteers, donors, global partners, organisations and the wider community to increase engagement with LSE across the world and, by doing so, to increase philanthropic income and strategic partnerships for the university’s priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as technical lead for the delivery of Salesforce solutions for PAGE.
  • Specify, design and build user‑focused Salesforce solutions that deliver value to the organisation.
  • Provide architecturally sound solutions to business opportunities or problems.
  • Collaborate with the in‑house Salesforce team and external partners.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Significant experience of Salesforce administration and development.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Desirable experience of fundraising and/or alumni engagement within UK higher education institutions.
