2–4 years experience in a CRM or lifecycle marketing role~ Basic HTML understanding for email editing~ Strong understanding of A/B testing and performance analysis, with the ability to draw clear, actionable insights~ This role is best suited to someone who enjoys building and executing CRM campaigns day-to-day, not just planning them. We’re hiring a CRM Executive to join the team and work directly under our Senior CRM Manager. You’ll take ownership of building and improving CRM journeys across email, SMS, push and in-app, helping drive both acquisition and retention. You’ll be trusted to move quickly, own your output, and deliver consistently high-quality work.

Build, launch and optimise CRM journeys in Klaviyo across email, SMS and push. Own day-to-day CRM execution, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and accurately, including setup, segmentation, QA on links, testing and scheduling. Support ideation and creation of the monthly CRM calendar, balancing proven high-performance campaigns with fresh, creative concepts and cross-industry inspiration Create and manage segmentation to improve targeting and performance Analyse performance and report on key metrics, sharing insights with the wider team Support seasonal launches, partnerships and ad hoc campaigns Ensure all CRM activity is GDPR compliant and follows best practice Stay up to date with the latest trends in CRM and retention marketing across US and UK Work closely with the Design and Community team on briefing creative assets and building copy to ensure emails are visually engaging and align with Pinter’s brand voice.
