Job Description:

I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing, mission-led technology company operating at the intersection of SaaS, data, and consumer products. They’re helping global brands and retailers better communicate the impact and value of their products, and are now looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to join at a pivotal stage of growth. This is a full 360 sales role where you’ll own the entire sales cycle – from prospecting through to close. You’ll play a key role in building pipeline, winning new business, and shaping go-to-market strategy across sectors including beauty, personal care, wellness, and FMCG. Building and managing a qualified pipeline with accurate CRM forecasting• Monitoring KPIs including conversion rates, pipeline health, and revenue targets• Developing targeted strategies to win new brands and retail partners• Representing the business at industry events and networking opportunities• Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success• Leveraging modern sales tools and AI-driven workflows to maximise performance
