Senior Business Development Manager – London (Waterloo)
About Us
We are a group of professional services businesses operating across accountancy, advisory, insurance, and legal services. We work closely with entrepreneurs, business owners, high-net-worth individuals and private investors. Our approach is relationship-led, with growth driven by strong networks, trusted introductions, and long-term client partnerships.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead a newly formed in‑house BD team and support the continued growth of the group. This is a highly external, relationship‑focused role requiring regular interaction with clients, referrers, and the wider professional network.
You will work closely with Partners, Directors, and Managers to take a more proactive, structured and commercially focused approach to business development – identifying opportunities, converting them into new work and ensuring consistent follow‑through. You will also recruit and lead a team of two junior BD professionals.
