Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. Part‑time considered.
Salary
£28,000 basic (dependent on experience) plus bonus.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced debt enforcement specialist with at least four years of experience in resolving debt at an enforcement level, including commercial Warrant of Entry type work. The role supports field operatives, ensures appropriate enforcement actions, prepares personnel, and makes key decisions on warrants to protect both the customer and the business from further debt exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure field personnel are fully prepared for upcoming enforcement tasks.
- Consider safety aspects when field personnel visit a customer’s business site.
- Make quick yet accurate assessments of information from field personnel to decide effective field action.
- Speak with field personnel and customers over the phone to resolve obstacles to debt resolution.
- Capture precise factual notes in the system for future reference.
- Flag and elevate complex situations to management for advice and guidance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum four years of extensive collections experience including Enforcement/Warrant.
- Calm and composed under pressure.
