Retail Media Account Manager
We are hiring a Retail Media Account Manager to lead retail media activation for a prestigious luxury client, where brand craft, performance and precision matter equally. Responsibilities
- Owning the day‑to‑day activation and optimisation of retail media campaigns across key platforms, ensuring high quality and strong results.
- Building trusted client relationships through clear communication, regular engagement and proactive problem‑solving.
- Applying quality assurance processes that keep campaigns accurate, compliant and effective.
- Shaping account growth plans and innovation roadmaps that support long‑term client success.
- Interpreting market and performance data to deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Working closely with other channel teams to deliver joined‑up, integrated media strategies.
- Partnering with retailers and technology platforms to stay ahead of industry developments and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Amazon Search campaigns, this is an essential capability for the role.
- Hands‑on experience with retail media platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media or Criteo.
- A strong understanding of how retail media performance and brand considerations work together, particularly within premium or luxury environments.
- Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Experience supporting or managing others in a collaborative, inclusive way.
- Comfort working with data, insights and reporting to inform decisions and recommendations.
- A curious, growth‑oriented mindset and enthusiasm for developing within a fast‑evolving retail media landscape.
