Java Application Developer

Location: Bournemouth (5 days/week work from office)

Required Skills/Experience:

• Strong full stack engineering background with deep expertise in Java and Spring/Spring Boot
• Hands‑on experience with cloud technologies (preference for AWS)
• Experience using AI‑assisted developer tools to improve engineering productivity (preference for agentic AI exposure)
• Solid data analysis skills and comfort working with data‑driven applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions for complex business and technical problems
• Apply sound engineering judgment and innovative thinking to deliver solutions beyond standard patterns when needed
• Contribute to technical architecture and design/build resilient microservices (scalability, reliability, maintainability)
