Job Description:

Once For All is a quick‑growth, cloud‑based SaaS subscription business that helps customers manage supply‑chain governance, risk, and compliance across public and private sectors.

About the Role

The role is responsible for selling membership to the Once For All Platform to construction businesses, helping them gain visibility, win more work, and stay compliant with industry standards.

OTE allowance for this role is up to £22,000, based on targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing, new or potential B2B customers in the construction industry (both inbound and outbound opportunities) via phone, email, and online demos to inform them and present the value of the OFA supplier products and services.
  • Build strong relationships and rapport.
  • Understand prospects’ needs and objectives to ensure value messaging meets their procurement and/or compliance needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products and/or services to potential members.
  • Provide accurate product pricing information.
  • Follow up and work to close new business and upgrade deals.
  • Assist the customer through the sign‑up journey.
  • Collaborate with the Buyer Success Team & Account Managers to agree and communicate messaging for the ‘Buyer invite’ campaigns.
  • Give feedback and report on ‘Buyer invite’ campaign progress.
  • Work with Customer Account Managers, Marketing, and Sales Operations to maximise all sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce) and adhere to internal processes.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets & KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • 1‑2 years of telesales or newbusiness sales experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Basic understanding of Construction or supply‑chain risk management is preferable, though sector training will be provided.
