About the Role
We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Global Operations Senior Manager to join our OpenDoor team. This is a contract position based in London focused on deploying Wrike as the workflow solution across the full end‑to‑end media process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the end‑to‑end process onto Wrike as the workflow tool of choice across all markets, teams, functions and lines of business under the OpenDoor organisation.
- Partner with WPP stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet OpenDoor needs.
- Work closely with Wrike product owners to deliver customisation and changes to the system design and architecture.
- Collaborate with WPP to integrate with WPP’s Open platform to meet OpenDoor requirements.
- Design automations and enhancements that make the end‑to‑end process more efficient.
- Write and deliver training documentation to scale across the business, specific to OpenDoor, in partnership with Talent and People teams to embed it into the onboarding process.
- Establish ongoing governance mechanisms for process and technology use, collaborating with global leadership to embed accountability and transparency.
Required Skills & Experience
- Expert knowledge of the Wrike platform, including customisation and integrations.
- Significant experience within the media industry.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work effectively with others at all levels of the organisation.
- Comfortable handling complexity – both in work and stakeholder map.
