HumanEdge Sales Partners works with recognised UK brands in telecommunications, energy, food & beverage, and the non‑profit sector. As a Business Development Assistant you’ll be directly involved in growing our clients’ customer base and building your own career alongside it. Leadership in under 3 months. Management within 12.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generating new customers for leading UK brands through face‑to‑face engagement across events, B2B, and residential campaigns
  • Building strong, credible relationships with customers from first contact through to onboarding
  • Contributing to campaign performance and sharing insights with the wider team
  • Learning how our business operates, grows, and delivers measurable results for clients
  • Developing commercially through structured training and hands‑on experience
