About the Role

We are looking for a highly strategic and relationship-driven Manager / Director – Strategic Alliances to lead our hyperscaler partnership ecosystem across the UK and EMEA region.

This role will own and strengthen strategic relationships with hyperscalers including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure to drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-sell opportunities, marketplace growth, and cloud-led revenue expansion.

The ideal candidate should bring strong experience in cloud partnerships, enterprise GTM strategy, partner ecosystem management, and executive stakeholder engagement within cloud consulting, SaaS, AI, or digital engineering organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partner Management

  • Own and manage strategic relationships with AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft partner teams.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
  • Build trusted relationships with partner sales, marketplace, alliance, and leadership teams.

Co-Sell & Revenue Growth

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth.
  • Lead co-sell motions with hyperscaler account teams across enterprise customers.
  • Identify joint opportunities to accelerate cloud, AI, data, and digital transformation services.
  • Drive CPPO/private offer motions and marketplace adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate on joint solution offerings, industry GTM campaigns, and partner programs.

Partner Programs & Enablement

  • Manage partner competencies, certifications, MDF programs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Enable internal sales and delivery teams on hyperscaler programs and offerings.
  • Ensure alignment with partner scorecards and business objectives.

Executive Stakeholder Management

  • Represent the organization in executive reviews, QBRs, partner summits, and industry events.
  • Act as the primary escalation and relationship owner for hyperscaler partnerships.
  • Provide leadership visibility on alliance performance, pipeline, and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

10 to 15+ years of experience in:

  • Strategic alliances
  • Cloud consulting or SaaS organizations
  • Strong experience working with:
  • AWS Partner Network (APN)
  • Microsoft Partner Ecosystem
  • Proven experience driving:
  • Co-sell programs
  • Marketplace growth
  • Partner-led revenue
  • Joint GTM initiatives

Strong understanding of cloud technologies, AI/GenAI ecosystem, and digital transformation services.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing UK/EMEA region partnerships preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships within AWS/GCP/Microsoft ecosystem preferred.
  • Experience working with cloud-native consulting or AI-focused organizations.
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI, data modernization, cloud migration, or digital engineering offerings.
