Electrical Maintenance Engineer – (Anaerobic Digestion)

We also deliver mechanical,biologicaland operational support for many AD plants within the UK.
Main Purpose of the job
Toassistwith the day-to-day planned preventative maintenance andfunctionalityrequirements of operating anaerobic digesters.
Specific roles to include
- Carry outelectricalmaintenance on anaerobic digestion plantsthroughoutthe United Kingdom
- Monitoring and diagnosing problems with the use of the plant operation system
- Assistin theset upof the associated systems and conduct repairs / adjustments when necessary
- Maintain feeding,heatingand pumping systems to ensure correct and efficient operation
- Inspect and test alarm and functionality systems
- Follow safe systems of work and procedures
- Keepclientssites clean and tidy
- Complete paperwork as required by the Maintenance Manager
- Take samples asrequiredand advised by the Biological Support Team
Skills and Experience
- 18thEdition Electrical
- CompExF and01-04 Electrical (Desirable)
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical,hydraulicand other systems
- Knowledge ofElectrical Panel Components,PLC Hardware and Software, Electrical Building Services (desirable)
- Working knowledge of tools, commonappliancesand devices
- Manual dexterity andproblem solvingskills
- Hold a fulldrivinglicense
