Virtualization Engineer

• Design, deploy, and manage VDI environments including Citrix (XenApp/XenDesktop), Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and NetScaler
• Drive workspace strategy using automation and AI tools (Power Automate, Copilot)
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align technology with business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Windows 365 (Cloud PC) and Azure VDI solutions
• Automate processes using Power Automate and RPA tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve L1–L3 issues with root cause analysis
• Support day-to-day operations and Citrix infrastructure (24/7)
• Evaluate new technologies and maintain documentation
• Work independently on projects and support cross-functional teams

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD)
• Experience with Azure, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop
• Knowledge of NetScaler, VMware, and Nutanix
• Hands‑on experience with automation (Power Automate, Copilot, RPA)
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills
• 5+ years of VDI experience; IGEL knowledge is a plus
