Role Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients with a high level of responsibility and autonomy.
- Oversee workflow management and portfolio delivery across the wider team.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Support the delivery of revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify business development opportunities and support growth initiatives.
- Provide high-quality advice and support to clients across a range of sectors.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members.
- Work closely with senior leadership on technical and strategic matters.
- Ensure an excellent standard of client service is delivered consistently.
Personal Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualified.
- Proven experience managing a client portfolio within practice.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Experience working with clients across a variety of industries.
- Agricultural sector experience beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Knowledge of the local market would be advantageous.
