Salary: £45k to £55k package (depending on experience)
A key commercial management role to help grow our client’s business through meeting the sales objective and the efficient management of production and control of costs. This is a highly dynamic company to work for.
Areas of responsibility
- Commercial Management
- Managing Estimating and Customer Account Management
- Ensure adherence to the procedures throughout the Commercial Department
- Workflow and production planning initiatives, quality & business improvement policies
- Work closely with Client Services & Sales Development to give highest levels of customer support & service
- Assist with supply chain management as necessary
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Excellent organisational, problem solving and prioritisation skills
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Commercial awareness in all aspects of print & finishing
- High level of outsourcing and negotiation skills
- IT literacy and numeric capability
- The ability to analyse workflow & understand/assimilate industry based technical processes
- Technical awareness of our service offering and ability to identify how this can be applied to customer opportunities
