As a People & OD Business Partner, you will act as a trusted strategic adviser to senior leaders, providing oversight and driving delivery of workforce and OD priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning, organisational change and culture programmes.
- Oversee complex employee relations issues and act as an escalation point.
- Use workforce insight and data to inform decision‑making and improve performance.
- Shape and deliver People Plans aligned to Trust strategy.
- Work closely with specialist teams including People Operations, Investigation Hub, Digital and Culture teams to ensure a consistent, high‑quality service for managers and staff.

Our new People model embeds senior People & OD professionals within services to strengthen strategic alignment between workforce and patient care, deliver insight‑led workforce planning and transformation, build leadership capability, shape culture, and enable a more responsive, integrated People service.
