Job Description:

As a People & OD Business Partner, you will act as a trusted strategic adviser to senior leaders, providing oversight and driving delivery of workforce and OD priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning, organisational change and culture programmes.
  • Oversee complex employee relations issues and act as an escalation point.
  • Use workforce insight and data to inform decision‑making and improve performance.
  • Shape and deliver People Plans aligned to Trust strategy.
  • Work closely with specialist teams including People Operations, Investigation Hub, Digital and Culture teams to ensure a consistent, high‑quality service for managers and staff.

People Partnering Model

Our new People model embeds senior People & OD professionals within services to strengthen strategic alignment between workforce and patient care, deliver insight‑led workforce planning and transformation, build leadership capability, shape culture, and enable a more responsive, integrated People service.
