Parkstone Insurance is growing and we’re looking for someone with insurance experience to join our team in Leeds.
We specialise in SME commercial insurance, particularly fleet, taxi and courier risks, working with business owners across the UK.
Our approach is simple. We believe insurance should be clear, straightforward and built around long-term relationships, not call centres and scripts. We’re building a brokerage focused on knowledgeable advice, dependable service and doing things properly for clients.
The Role
This role focuses on new business enquiries from SME business owners.
Unlike many broker roles, you won’t be expected to cold call or self‑generate leads. Parkstone invests heavily in paid marketing and lead generation, meaning you will mainly be speaking with business owners who have already enquired about their insurance.
You’ll help clients arrange suitable insurance cover and build relationships that continue beyond the initial policy.
Typical risks include:
- Courier and delivery insurance
Once a client comes on board, you’ll continue looking after the relationship and growing the account over time.
You’ll work closely with the team from our Leeds office, sharing knowledge and helping us continue to build the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in UK insurance (commercial preferred)
- Confident speaking with clients and understanding their needs
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Ability to manage enquiries and convert opportunities
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking with business owners and wants to build long‑term client relationships, not just sell policies.
