Private Client Solicitor – Ewell / Epsom in Surrey

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a well‑established and highly regarded independent law firm. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive and collaborative environment, handling a varied caseload while delivering exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from instruction through to completion, advising clients on a broad range of private client matters including wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration, tax planning, trust administration, and Court of Protection work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full private client caseload independently
  • Providing clear, accurate, and practical legal advice
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and third parties
  • Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
  • Meeting billing, time recording, and performance targets
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment
  • Assisting with business development and client relationship activities
