Crisis Mental Health Practitioner: At-Home Care & Team Lead

NHS Scotland is looking for a Crisis Practitioner to join the South Glasgow Mental Health Crisis Team. This full-time role requires a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist, proficient in managing mental health crises. You will provide intensive support to individuals in crisis, promote effective communication within the multidisciplinary team, and supervise junior staff.
