Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and confident Comfort Specialist to join our field sales team across the North of England.
Field Sales Executive) you will be a trusted advisor delivering engaging, informative product demonstrations within retirement homes. This is a field-based, consultative sales role combining strong commercial focus with a genuinely customer-centric approach. You will present solutions that make a real difference to people’s daily lives, while achieving excellent sales performance.
Travel to retirement homes across the region to deliver pre-arranged product demonstrations Build trust with residents and decision-makers using a soft, consultative sales approach Convert demonstrations into sales, achieving agreed KPIs for conversion rate, sales value, and average order value Work closely with Sales Assistants, Field Sales Managers, and office-based teams to ensure a seamless customer journey Act as a positive ambassador for the company, consistently delivering exceptional customer care Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role, ideally face-to-face or presentation-based Target-driven and commercially aware, able to balance sales performance with customer satisfaction Well organised and self-motivated, comfortable managing a regional, field-based diary Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout the North of England Candidates from a Car Sales Background We particularly welcome applications from individuals with a car showroom sales background. We’ve seen great success from candidates who bring strong presentation skills, professionalism, and consultative selling experience from the automotive industry.
