We’re working with a global professional services organisation currently undergoing an exciting brand refresh, and they’re looking for a Creative Services Asset Coordinator to support their Creative team on a 6-month contract.
This role will focus on auditing, organising and editing a large image library (18,000+ assets) to align with new brand guidelines, while supporting the rollout of updated visual assets across digital platforms.
The Role
You’ll collaborate closely with a global Creative team as well as Marketing and Business Development stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across images, icons and illustrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit and review a large image library against new brand guidelines
- Recommend which assets should be kept, edited or removed
- Organise and categorise images for team review
- Edit images in Adobe Photoshop (gradients, colour adjustments, etc.)
- Review and update icon sets to align with the new brand
- Support simple motion graphics and animation of icons and illustrations
- Act as a brand ambassador during the rebrand rollout
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar creative or design support role
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills with knowledge of After Effects, Illustrator and InDesign
- Understanding of motion graphics and digital design
- Experience in an agency, in-house studio, or professional services environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident working with stakeholders and managing deadlines
