Chartered Building Surveyor

This role focuses on project leadership, client relationship management and commercial refurbishment delivery within a consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead refurbishment projects from £250K to £10m across industrial and logistics assets
• Manage project delivery from inception through to completion
• Prepare specifications, budgets and financial reporting
• Maintain key client relationships and support service development
• Mentor junior surveyors and support business development activity

Requirements

• MRICS qualified Building Surveyor
• Experience delivering commercial refurbishment projects
• Background within industrial, logistics or wider commercial sectors
• Proven project leadership and financial management capability
• Exposure to ESG-led project delivery advantageous

Salary & Package

• £49,200 – £59,200 basic salary
• Bonus and annual incentive scheme
