- Greet, check in guests, respond to requests, settle accounts and ensure exceptional service.
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
- Proudly promote hotel facilities and look for upselling opportunities to enhance guests’ stay.
- Train and support the team to provide excellent service.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Service-focused personality is essential.
Additional Information
- Experience is an asset.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
