Senior Designer

A purpose-led food brand on a mission to promote healthier is looking for s Senior Designer.

This is a broad, hands‑on design role with real ownership – creating visually compelling work while helping evolve the brand’s identity across digital, e‑commerce and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content across web, social and campaigns
• Support e‑commerce and email marketing with product imagery and assets
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s visual identity
• Collaborate closely with marketing and founders on creative ideas
• Design and edit photography for digital platforms
• Support the growth and development of the wider creative team

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience in a design role, D2C environment
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Portfolio showcasing digital, campaign and brand work
• Strong conceptual thinking and creative idea generation
• Understanding of consumer trends and performance‑driven design
• Interest in food, wellness

Salary & Benefits

• up to £55k (DOE)
