Harrogate (occasional travel to Ilkley) | Up to £30,000 DOE | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays | 1 in 4 Saturdays

Candidates must have permanent Right to Work in the UK and live within a commutable distance of Harrogate & Ilkley. No visa sponsorship available.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high‑quality lettings service while being mentored by an experienced industry professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare pre‑tenancy and AST agreements as well as all move‑in documentation.
  • Process applications, reference tenants and complete Right to Rent checks.
  • Ensure safety certificates are completed and filed before move‑ins.
  • Handle viewing enquiries, book appointments and conduct viewings during busy periods.
  • Provide detailed feedback to landlords after viewings.
  • Manage holding deposits and prescribed information.
  • Register landlords/tenants on the CRM and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate and schedule inventories, review and issue reports at move‑in.
  • Support with general lettings admin and telephone enquiries.

Skills & Experience

  • Essential: prior admin experience within the lettings industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Able to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft packages (Alto & Inventory Hive beneficial).
  • Positive team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Able to travel to Ilkley for training and occasional holiday cover.
