£40,000 – £45,000 + Overtime + Bonus (OTE £55k+)Hampshire (within 50-mile radius)

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company for an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service Engineer. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working independently, takes pride in delivering first‑time fixes, and wants to be part of a supportive and professional team.

The Role

• Reactive and planned maintenance
• Fault diagnosis and first‑time fixes
• Working independently on customer sites
• Participation in a 1‑in‑7 call‑out rota
• Managing jobs via Simpro system

Requirements

• F‑Gas Category 1
• CSCS / CITB card
• Strong experience in commercial refrigeration
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication skills
• Able to work both independently and within a team
• Based in or around Hampshire

Desirable (Not Essential)

• CO₂ experience
• Commissioning experience
• Knowledge of Dixell XWeb / monitoring systems

Package

• Door‑to‑door pay
• Overtime @ 1.5x (Mon‑Sat) & 2x Sundays
• 45‑hour contract
• 1 in 7 call‑out rota
