Technical Administrator – Food Manufacturing

West Bromwich

Up to £35,000 + Benefits

Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30

We’re looking for a Technical Administrator to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, supporting the Technical/Compliance function and helping ensure food safety, quality, and audit readiness at all times.

What you’ll be doing:

• Maintaining technical systems, SOPs, and compliance documentation
• Supporting internal & external audits
• Managing non-conformances and corrective actions (CAPA)
• Ensuring full traceability and supporting mock recalls
• Assisting with customer complaints and reporting
• Supporting export certification processes

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in food manufacturing
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
• Strong Excel and administrative skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Food Safety / HACCP qualification (Level 2 or 3)
• Internal auditing experience
• Knowledge of 2nd / 3rd party audits
