If so, we’re looking for a Senior Asset Officer to play a key role in delivering our ambitious investment plans—supporting our journey to achieve EPC C across our homes by 2030.

About the role

As part of our growing Asset Strategy & Delivery Team, you’ll lead our well-established Asset Data Team and act as the vital link between data, strategy, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing Asset Data Team
• Oversee multiple data sets and investment planning
• Translate data insights into effective long-term asset strategies
• Support the mobilisation of planned investment programmes
• Work closely with our Senior Stock Condition Surveyor and Sustainability Lead
• Manage our Access Co‑ordinators, ensuring surveys and works run smoothly

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of housing asset management and property data
• A passion for sustainability and decarbonisation
• Experience managing data-driven programmes or asset strategies
• A track record of leading and motivating teams
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• A collaborative, open and customer-focused approach
