I’m working with a private-equity-backed eCommerce group that’s scaling internationally quickly through a classic buy-and-build strategy.

• UK-based leadership with global online sales (80% US)
• Active acquisition pipeline and strong investor backing
• Entering the phase where finance leadership becomes truly pivotal

We’re looking for a proven CFO who has:

• Led finance in a rapidly scaling e‑commerce/retail group structure (£100m+)
• Delivered and integrated multiple acquisitions
• Strong private equity experience and investor credibility
• Been through a successful exit or major liquidity event
• The ability to balance hands‑on execution with strategic thinking

This is a high-impact role partnering closely with the CEO and investors to professionalise the platform, sharpen commercial insight, build the financial foundations and execute the next stage of value creation through to exit.

UK-based, but operating in a genuinely international market.
