Customer Advisor – Stock flow

3 Month Fixed Term Contract

Shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 12-5pm

Hourly Rate: £13.10/hour (incl. £0.54 store allowance)

Location: B&Q Evesham

Overview

You’ll work as a Stock Flow Customer Advisor, ensuring the store is stocked with the items our customers need, maintaining efficiency and safety, and exploring new solutions to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Keep stock levels optimal and accurately manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised store environment.
• Operate a forklift safely once licensed.
• Analyse sales data to identify trend opportunities.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet sales and storage targets.
• Implement new stocking strategies to improve customer experience.
