The role of a Senior Account Manager is to oversee and nurture relationships with NoBlue2’s existing customer base alongside winning ‘new to us’ NetSuite clients – generally saving them from a poor existing implementation.
You will provide direction, specialist knowledge and support to clients in their NetSuite technology/applications. You will be responsible for managing the sales cycle to enable assessment and demonstration of solutions to prospects along with offering support to existing / prospective clients and creating supporting documentation.
The primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, promote account growth, and contribute to the overall success of both the client and NoBlue2.
Account plans, proposals, and communications are tailored, accurate, and delivered on time You proactively act as the link between the customer and delivery – capturing evolving needs and aligning them with relevant solutions and services. Customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell rates are improving in accounts you manage Feedback reflects trust, clarity, and confidence in how we support and grow the relationship Internal teams feel informed and prepared thanks to proactive handovers and clear account updates Regularly undertake Account reviews and co-ordinate Healthchecks to ensure we are imparting industry specific NetSuite insight and knowledge.
Building strong relationships. Maintain account & opportunities updates within NetSuite. Work closely with sales, implementation, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Travel to client sites to nurture and develop relationships and opportunities.
Proven experience in account management, preferably in the software or technology industry. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Strong relationship building skills at all levels of an organisation, including to C-level. Ability to identify and close sales opportunities, with a demonstrable track record of doing so. Ability to think strategically about client relationships and identify long-term growth opportunities.
