We are looking for an experienced and driven Bid Manager to lead and manage high-quality bid and tender submissions across a range of sectors and clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic bid leadership with strong writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
As Bid Manager, you’ll play a central role in securing new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships. Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality bids, tenders, and framework submissions Write, review, and refine compelling bid content that clearly communicates technical solutions, added value, and win themes Develop tailored responses for public and private sector opportunities including frameworks, PQQs, SQs, and ITTs Ensure all submissions are completed to a high standard, on time, and in line with brand and quality requirements
You’ll be a confident communicator and relationship builder with excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of the bid process. You’ll enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams and sectors, managing competing priorities, and producing high-quality submissions that make a difference.
