Position
T Level Placement Administrator – responsible for all administration associated with study industry placements, organising and delivering industry partner attraction events, developing and maintaining relationships with key industry partners, and delivering student‑facing support for all students applying for apprenticeships.
Responsibilities
The role is varied and busy. The successful candidate will:
- Manage administration of study industry placements.
- Plan and coordinate industry partner attraction events.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners.
- Provide support to students applying for apprenticeships.
- Work professionally under pressure to meet deadlines and adapt to changing needs of the school.
- Assist with training of new staff and students as required.
Qualifications
- Educated to A Level, with GCSE passes in English and Maths (essential).
- Experience or knowledge of administration in a fast‑paced office environment.
- Excellent ICT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
- Strong customer‑service experience.
- Professional attitude with excellent attendance.
- Reflective and driven towards self‑improvement.
- Enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to be actively involved in school life.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
