Our client is currently looking for 2 experienced Multi‑Skilled Operatives to join a busy reactive maintenance contract covering social housing properties across Reading, Basingstoke, and Thatcham. This is ongoing work with a well established contractor working on the Home Group contract.

Key Duties

• Reactive maintenance and day‑to‑day repairs
• Door adjustments and general carpentry works
• Flooring repairs and renewals
• Basic plumbing, patch repairs, and general maintenance
• Working across occupied social housing properties
• Completing jobs to a high standard while providing excellent tenant care

Requirements

• Proven experience in reactive maintenance or social housing repairs
• Multi‑trade background preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
• Own tools and transport preferred
• CSCS card preferred
• Immediate starts available for the right candidates
